Florenzza's Online Store is designed to provide an entire platform for buying flower arrangements, plants, balloons and gifts in order to be an accessible, aesthetic and modern online store, allowing customers to buy and view the entire catalog of products in a quick and detailed way.

The objective of the Florenzza Online Store is to offer customers an accessible, aesthetic and modern platform that provides easy navigation to customers so that they can view Florenzza's wide variety and catalog of high-quality flowers, balloons, plants and gifts, with the vision of being able to provide a convenient and safe shopping experience to each customer so that their trust is not only in high-quality products but also in the buying process.


To achieve the proposed objectives, we initiated a process of researching and analyzing customer behavior in the most popular online flower shops in the sector, with the objective of having a clear vision of their needs both in terms of functions and purchasing process, in order to understand the browsing flow of customers when they want to buy a product. We then designed an appropriate information architecture adapted to the needs for the entire online store and based on this we created a design system with the respective functionalities, components, colors and fonts for the online store and each of its current and future demands.

Finally, we carry out a front-end development faithfully replicating the interface and the experience proposed in the design prototypes, we use the most recent technologies and we carry out tests on the most used browsers on the market. Finally, we developed a custom Content Manager (CMS) based on WordPress + Woocommerce and VueJS, this CMS allows the updating and optimization of the Website in a quick, efficient and simple way.


After working closely with Florenzza for the constant evolution of its design and development of its Online Store, this has allowed us to make sure that the Online Store has not only further improved its visual impact but also its user experience, but it has also allowed the Online Store to further improve its ease and security of buying for customers, allowing Florenzza to have even more satisfied customers not only with its products but with its shopping platform and website in general.
